MARY
L. HOUSE,
President/CEO
CARING, HELPING AND RESTORING LIVES, INC. (CHR)
Meet Mary L. House and you’re sure to walk away feeling
encouraged, inspired and even empowered to achieve your dreams.
Mary’s rich history includes overcoming poverty, nurturing
a strong family, owning successful businesses and helping husband
and pastor Bishop Clinton House, Sr. build the congregation
of Mountaintop Faith Ministries in Las Vegas from just 13 members
in 1990 to more than 4,000. Today she is a successful businesswoman,
family advocate, spiritual leader, motivator and mentor, literally
inspiring hundreds of women, thousands of families and countless
strangers on a regular basis.
Mary’s passion is to encourage
and lift those in need by providing them with tools to achieve
a life of self-sufficiency.
In 1996, she co-founded the faith based non-profit community
organization Caring, Helping and Restoring Lives, Inc. (CHR)
to help families of the unemployed and under-employed in
Southern Nevada. In the last seven years, CHR has utilized
more than
six million dollars in federal grants and private funding
to provide assessment, training, coaching, counseling, placement
and support to help thousands of adult and dislocated workers
find gainful employment and upward mobility. Mary has a contagious
passion and determination to ensure that each client thrives,
which sparks the same enthusiasm in counselors and other
CHR
staff. Not only do clients get the important technical assistance
they need, but also a routine dose of encouragement to boost
their confidence!
As a business owner with more
than 10 years experience, Mary has taught classes in people
management,
sales, goal setting,
planning, money management and other topics pertaining
to managing a successful business. She currently serves as
a
member of
the American Association of Christian Counselors, National
Association of Female Executives and the Las Vegas Chamber
of Commerce. Her philanthropic passion positively impacts
the lives of all who encounter her.
The Moms In Business
Network has honored Mary House with its annual “Women’s
Advocate Award”, and she
received the Nevada Phenomenal Women’s 2008 “Inspiring
Phenom Award”.
As “First Lady” of Mountaintop
Faith Ministries, she leads by example and routinely
teaches thousands on topics
that foster individual spiritual growth. Mary and Clinton
House have two children, one daughter in-law and recently
welcomed
their first grandson into the world!

Elder Clinton House, Jr. (Elder House)
is the son of Clinton House, Senior Pastor of Mountaintop Faith
Ministries, and Lady Mary L. House. He was born December 26,
1980 in Inglewood, CA. Minister House is a committed husband
to Pamela Renee House.
Elder
House attended Durango High School in Las Vegas, Nevada
and graduated in 1998. Elder House received his minister’s
license from the Nevada District Council, in affiliation
with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, on October
1, 2005.
Elder House received his Christian Counseling
certificate from Light Learning Institute by actions of
the Executive
Board of the American Association of Christian Counselors
upon his completion of Caring For People God’s Way
course in March 28, 2007.
Elder House received a certificate from Aenon Bible College,
Inc of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc for completing
their Ministerial Introduction Course in August 28, 2007.
Elder House has had a calling on his life
since the age of two years old. After church services dismissed,
the two
year old would begin preaching baptism in Jesus’ name
at his grandfather’s church, Abundant Life Christian
Assembly.
Elder House is a very outgoing individual,
with a compassionate and caring spirit and has a heart
for youth. He was also
the Leadership Director for the Chosen Generation Step Team
(the first step team ministry of Mountaintop Faith Ministries),
where he used his gift of counseling teens in the time of
need. Elder House was anointed and appointed to be the Youth
President of Mountaintop Faith Ministries, August 7, 2005.
He then changed the name of Youth Ministry from T.N.T (Top
Notch Teens) to R.A.W.W (Righteous Anointed Worshipping Warriors)
Ministries. Shortly after youth ministry’s name was
changed, God revealed its new logo to Elder House in a dream.
The logo design is themed after Ephesians 6 “put on
the whole amour of God” (the helmet of righteous, shield
of faith and the sword of the spirit).

R.A.W.W Ministries’ slogan is: Welcome to R.A.W.W. Ministries,
where God sets the foundation for our chosen generation! HOLLA…… LOOYA!
(Hallelujah)
